Cancellation Policy

At Bodyfit Coaching, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel or reschedule sessions with your trainer.

We strive to provide our valuable clients with a flexible and fair cancellation policy that takes into account their needs while also ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

We’ve implemented the following cancellation policies for the accountability of both you and your trainer while ensuring consistency with sessions.

Personal Training Sessions

Clients must notify their trainer of any cancellations or changes to their scheduled training sessions at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us enough time to make necessary adjustments and offer the slot to other clients who may be on a waiting list. You can cancel or reschedule your sessions by texting your trainer, Manuel at 719-551-2175

Fit Class Late/No Show

If you need to cancel any class or session you’ve signed up for, you must text your trainer 12 hours in advance to ensure you don’t lose that class/session. If you cancel after 12 hours, you’ll lose the session and be charged for it.

Note: These policies are in place to ensure full accountability, build consistency with training, and prevent reckless sign-ups while ensuring that Bodyfit Coaching can properly serve your health and fitness needs and that of other clients.

Membership Policies

Cancelling a Membership:

Bodyfit Coaching requires 14 days’ cancellation notice on ALL memberships via email (bodyfit360coaching@gmail.com) A verbal or text communication will not be accepted. Bodyfit Coaching does not require a contract or binding long-term commitment, this is our most important and accountable rule. There is no getting around this policy. We appreciate your cooperation!
