Led by Coach Manny, a highly experienced Strength & Endurance Coach with years of hands-on training, this class is more than just a workout—it’s a guided journey to becoming your strongest, most confident self. Manny brings a deep understanding of movement, form, and functional fitness to every session, ensuring you train smart, stay safe, and make real progress. Whether your goal is to tone up, get stronger, or simply feel more energized, Manny is there to support and challenge you with expert-level coaching, encouragement, and good vibes.
