Absolutely. Our personal training programs are beginner-friendly and designed to meet you where you are. We focus on proper form, injury prevention, confidence building, and sustainable progress—no prior gym experience required.

Most personal training sessions are 45–60 minutes, depending on your program. Semi-private training sessions typically follow the same time structure while accommodating small group dynamics.
Yes—100%. Your program will be tailored specifically to you. Before we begin, we complete a detailed assessment to understand limitations, pain triggers, and mobility needs. Your program is then designed to strengthen supporting muscles, improve joint stability, and help reduce the risk of re-injury—without sacrificing progress.
Yes! Partner training packages are available. Designed for couples, friends, or accountability partners who want to work toward their fitness goals together. You’ll follow a customized workouts designed for each individual’s goals and fitness level. It’s a great way to stay motivated, accountable, and crush your fitness goals together.
Yes, 100%. Nutrition coaching is included and designed for all experience levels. We help you understand the basics of nutrition, create balanced meals, develop healthy habits, and avoid common mistakes that slow progress. You don’t need to be perfect—we provide guidance, education, and support to help you make progress with confidence.
We understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness to all clients and to maintain the quality of our coaching services, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
- No-shows are considered a missed session and are not eligible for a refund or credit.
