Your program is then designed to strengthen supporting muscles, improve joint stability, and help reduce the risk of re-injury—without sacrificing progress.

Most personal training sessions are 45–60 minutes, depending on your program. Semi-private training sessions typically follow the same time structure while accommodating small group dynamics.

Absolutely! We offer customized bride and groom transformation programs designed to help you look, feel, and perform your best for your big day. Each program is tailored to your individual fitness goals, timeline, and lifestyle—whether that’s fat loss, toning, strength, or overall confidence. You’ll receive personalized training, expert coaching, and ongoing support to ensure safe, sustainable results you can feel confident in walking down the aisle.

Semi-private fitness training involves small groups (typically 3–6 people) training together with a personal trainer. This option offers professional coaching at a lower cost while maintaining personalized guidance, accountability, and motivation in a supportive environment.

We understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness to all clients and to maintain the quality of our coaching services, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
  • No-shows are considered a missed session and are not eligible for a refund or credit.
  • If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate you.
